General principles

Finayze ® undertakes to treat each situation of reimbursement difficulty with respect, confidentiality & the search for suitable solutions. Amicable recovery is systematically favored before any legal procedure.

Prevention of unpaid debts

At the first signs of financial difficulty, we encourage our borrowers to proactively contact us at contact@finayze.com. A suitable solution can be found before the first unpaid due date.

Procedure in the event of non-payment

In the event of the first deadline not being met, Finayze ® sends a friendly reminder by email & telephone within 5 working days.

In the absence of a response or regularization within 15 days, a formal notice is sent. Late fees in accordance with the contract are applied.

In the event of a persistent default beyond 30 days, the file may be sent to a partner collection service or be subject to legal proceedings.

Debt restructuring

Upon justified request, Finayze ® can propose a rearrangement of the schedule including a postponement of due dates, a temporary reduction in monthly payments or an extension of the duration of the loan.

Borrower protection

Under no circumstances does Finayze ® resort to practices that are abusive, intimidating or contrary to the dignity of people in the context of its recovery procedures.

Any borrower can contact the competent financial mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute with Finayze ®.
